Enrollment - A registration form must be completed and an annual registration fee of $50 per child, and $25 for each additional child, is required in order for a student to participate in Midway Corral each year. *
Withdrawal Notice - A written notice of withdrawal must be emailed, faxed or submitted to the Director prior to withdrawal to avoid any additional fees.

Early Release Days - During Early Release days, the program will run from 12:30 pm  - 6:30 pm. In the event of early school dismissal due to inclement weather or other emergencies, Midway Corral will not be open. Midway Corral is considered an after school activity. Students will be released according to parent instructions on the registration form.

Behavior Guidelines - We must strive to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to the safety of all children. Rules will be agreed upon by both instructors and students. Instructors will have rules and consequences for each grade level. If frequent problems occur, the following consequences will be enforced.

Mornings only -$100 per month, 10% dis count for each additional child
Full Time - $300 per month due on the 1st of every month, 10% discount for each additional child.  if a payment is not received, the student will receive a late notice and accrue a $20 late fee after the 5th of the month. A student will be suspended from Midway Corral if there is an outstanding account balance on the 15th of the month.
I understand the tuition rates and and know that a payment is due on monthly schedule.

Hours - The hours are from school dismissal until 6:30 pm. Midway Corral will be closed during school holidays and inclement weather days. If you are late picking up your child the cost will be $2.00 per minute. Late fees are due at the time of pick-up. If you are going to be late, you must notify us so that we are aware you are on your way. Notification will not take the place of the late pick-up fee. If we cannot locate a parent after 6:30 pm according to the school clock, we will begin calling the authorized people on the registration form. In the event that no one can be reached after a reasonable length of time, the Midway Corral Director and/or Principal will contact the FCPD or DFCS.

Pick-up - Please report to the front lobby to pick up your student. Only authorized persons may pick up your child. Please notify Midway Corral in writing of any changes to the procedure. Picture ID will be required before a student can be released.
