Campus Community Garden Workdays/Volunteering Summer 2023
Summer Volunteer Sessions start July 1st, 2023 and end August 5th, 2023

Hours for Summer 2023 Volunteer Workdays:
   • Saturdays 9:00am to 11:00am  

Summer 2023 Garden Open Hours: May 20th - August 5th
  • Thursdays:  8:00am to 1:00pm (no signup needed) 
Open hours are for hanging out and relaxing in the garden or asking us related questions, Not volunteering
 
REMINDERS:
• Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
• Bring water bottle, hat, sunblock (if needed), rain protection, and bag. You can use the bag to gather fresh organic vegetables and fruits from the garden.

*We will be closed for volunteering in June* *Volunteer dates and times are subject to change*

GARDEN LOCATION:
372 E. San Salvador St.
San Jose, CA 95112

The garden is near the intersection of 8th and East San Salvador, directly across the street from the Dining Commons. Look for the large white fence and a sign that says "Cesar Chavez Community Action Center" & "Community Garden"
