1. Course fees are inclusive of administration fee (Materials fees are not included)
2. Fees indicated are based on minimum class size of 4 students for classes other than fundamental class and elementary class, top up of $20 is required for shortfall of 1 person and classes will be conducted when there are 3 students.
For fundamental class, fees indicated are based on minimum class size of 5 students. Class teaching time will be reduced to 1hr for at most 4 students.
For elementary class, fees indicated are based on minimum class size of 4 students. Class teaching time will be reduced to 1hr for at most 3 students.
3. Existing SWA Students will enjoy Student discounts when buying Weiqi Equipment and participating in SWA organized events.
4. Early Bird Discount ($20): Applicable to paid registration before 31 May 2020.
5. Together Discount ($50): Applicable to paid registration before 31 May 2020. Fundamental Class is not entitled.
6. Sharing Discount $20 (for each success referral to Fundamental Class)
7. Siblings Discount: Siblings learning in the same semester will enjoy a sibling discount of $10 each
8. Special Early Bird Discount will only applied to national preparation class: Student who has been learning at our facility for 3 years undisrupted will enjoy 30% off before 31 May 2020, after which will be 20% off. Early Bird Discount and Together Discount are not entitled if Special Early Bird Discount is taken.
9. SWA reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time. In an event of a dispute, SWA reserves the final interpretation of any terms and conditions.

02.学费以每班最少4人为基准（基础班和初级班例外），每少1人学费增加S$20，开班最少人数为3人。
基础班以最少5人为基准，学生人数若4人以下，教课时间将为1小时。
初级班以最少4人为基准，学生人数若3人以下，教课时间将为1小时。
03.SWA在籍学员购买棋会产品或参加棋会活动时，可享有学员价。
04.提前折扣（20元）：适用于在5月31日之前报名付款
05.共度患难折扣（50元）：在5月31日之前报名付款。基础班不享有。
06.有福同享折扣（20元）：每位成功报名基础班的推荐学生
07.亲兄弟姐妹同时报名各额外享有10元折扣。
08.特别提前折扣只给国家队预备班：学生在新加坡围棋协会连续（无中断）上课3年在5月31日之前报名将享有30%折扣，否则是20%折扣。提前折扣和共度患难折扣将不能使用。
09.新加坡围棋协会在无需通知的情况下保留对上述收费标准与细节的更改权利。
