Once you have submitted your form, Google forms will send your email a receipt of your submission information. IF you do not receive this, this does not mean we have not received your registration. We receive all registrations :) Some people's email either blocks or does not receive the automatic Google reply - we are not sure why. Once a week, we will send out an email to all participants confirming that they are on our ticket list. If you do not receive that email by the following Monday, after your submission, feel free to reach out to us at
