These drop-in meetings will occur each month from January-June.  I'm asking people to sign up to receive the links & schedules for each meeting - but you are not obliged to attend them all.  Themes for each meeting will be sent in advance, with schedules.

Briefly share about your meditation experience (years practicing / types of meditation practiced).  This will help me to prepare the course - there are no prerequisites for this offering beyond a personal relationship to the topic.
Briefly share about your relationship to artmaking/craft/creative process. If you work in a particular medium(s) you can list it here.  If you don't engage in any creative practice, but are feeling called to begin exploring that side of practice, fine to say that.
