*You must submit this form each time you request a fee waiver and you must be a Hardin High School Student to fill out this form*

Juniors and Seniors who qualify may request up to (2) SAT  and (4) ACT fee waivers over the course of their time in high school.

Students are limited to (2) SAT and (4) ACT fee waivers for their total time in high school. If you receive your all your fee waivers all in the Junior year, you will NOT receive any fee waivers Senior year.

Some common eligibility requirements are
-enrolled in free or reduced lunch (filled out the district online application)
-is considered homeless, in foster care or a ward of the state.
-family receives low income public assistance or lives in federally subsidized public housing
