Thank you for your interest in the Extended Day Program. All of our after-school programs are full and have long waiting lists. Please fill out this form if you would like your child to be added to the list.

Please note, students must be enrolled in grades K-6 in the Shrewsbury Public Schools for the 2019-2020 school year in order to be placed on the wait list. If you are moving to Shrewsbury in the future, you must register for school before you can be placed on the extended day wait list. Students who are not registered for the current school year will be deleted from the list.
