I understand that a nature outing presents enjoyment as well as obvious and necessary risks. These include, but are not limited to: insect bites or stings, snake bites, poison ivy, Lyme disease, seasickness, slipping and falling, a sprained ankle or broken bones, or vehicle accidents. I am aware that an accident or illness on an outing could occur in a remote location without immediate access to medical treatment. Moreover, I am in good health and able to participate in this outing.                                                                             

I understand that many risks are beyond the control of the JFiN volunteers and committee members. In signing this document, I voluntarily assume the risks of injury or property damage and release JFiN and its agents from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from negligence or any cause. This waiver applies to any trip I might take with the JFiN members.
