2020-2021 USEVS Kindergarten Registration
This is for residents of Upper Sandusky Schools only!!  Your child must be FIVE years old by August 1, 2020.  You will need to bring with you the following items:  birth certificate, social security card, and immunization records.  Custody papers if applicable.

Kindergarten Screening will be held on Thursday, April 23rd and Friday, April 24th at Trinity Evangelical Church, 108 Malabar Drive.  Sessions will begin at 8:00am, 9:45am, 12:30pm, and 2:00pm.  You MUST have an appointment to attend one of these sessions.

Registration will close on Friday, March 31st.  You will be contacted by the school district to verify your appointment time.  If you do not receive a phone call from the school, please call 419-294-2306 to confirm your appointment.
