CENTENARY OFFICER: The club turns 100 in 2021, worth a special party, a tramp, or whatever the centenary officer thinks is good to organise!

PRESIDENT: responsible for the club administration. Organises the agenda for club nights and acts as the first point of contact for prospective members.

CHIEF GUIDE / VICE PRESIDENT: Runs the tramping side of the club, organises lots of trips and puts together the trip calendar.

ASSISTANT CHIEF GUIDE: Helps the Chief Guide and organises trips.

SECRETARY: Looks after club membership and correspondence of the club.

CLIMBING OFFICER: Organises rock-climbing trips and rockcraft training.

SOCIAL OFFICER: Organises club social events such as T^{3}, Freshers, BushBall, BushRave etc.

CONSERVATION OFFICER: Acts on behalf of the club on environmental and conservation issues.

TREASURER: Manages club finances, trip payments, refunds etc.

CO-TREASURER: Manages club finances, trip payments, refunds etc.

GEAR CUSTODIAN: Runs the gear shed and maintains club equipment.

HUTS OFFICER: Organises maintenance of huts and tracks the club is responsible for and acts as club representative to the Tararua, Aorangi and Remutaka Huts Committee (TARHC) and DOC.

PUBLICITY OFFICER: Works to produce Heels, helps to publicise the club and events.
