Hawley Winterfest Vendor Form
By submitting this form you are starting the reservation process for a vendor space. If you are unable to commit to all details including payment & attendance at the event DO NOT fill out the form.

All vendors are automatically approved unless you hear otherwise, space is not reserved until payment is received. 

Payment must be submitted via PayPal or Check within 10 days of completion of vendor form. 

MLM businesses or not for profits outside only spaces. 

Applications & Payment must be received before December 1st. Waitlist for vendors will be honored in order they are received.

ARTISAN & CRAFT SHOW - 2022 
Saturday, December 10, 10am - 5pm & Sunday, December 11, 10am - 5pm 
Friday December 9th 1-8pm (optional)
Locations available - The Hawley Hub (318 Main Ave), 506 Keystone Street & Hawley Main Street sidewalks

The cost for a space is for two days. 
Vendors must be present both days. 
No early tear down.
There will be NO REFUNDS. (We use this money to promote the event) 
No flea market items
Efforts will be made to prevent similar crafts from being stationed next to each other, but there are no guarantees. 
Vendors need to bring their own table and chairs. 
Check-in begins on at 8 am Saturday morning. - see other options
Sponsor reserves the right to re-assign the space of any vendor who does not arrive by 9 am. 
Sponsor reserves the right to adjust spaces and placement of vendors as circumstances may dictate. 
Collection of sales tax, insurance for loss, damage, injury or liability is the responsibility of the vendor. 
Vendor is responsible to remove any trash, empty boxes, and other refuse generated from the exhibit space.
There is no rain date for the event, event will take place rain or shine
the Downtown Hawley Partnership, Hawley Borough, The Hawley Hub, Black and Brass and Rehab & Revive assume no liability for loss to the exhibitor for any reason such as theft, accident, or other cause and that the vendor will be compliant with applicable regulation requirements such as food handling/PA Dept of Ag or USDA, PA Sales & Use tax, etc. 
The vendor displays will be setup in an attractive manner and kept neat throughout the day.

Vendor Rules -
I WISH TO RESERVE SPACE(S) AT THE HAWLEY WINTERFEST. THIS IS A 2 DAY EVENT (price listed is for both days total), NO EARLY TEAR DOWN. INDOOR LOCATIONS SETUPS MAY REMAIN OVERNIGHT. OUTDOOR LOCATIONS THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT SECURITY, PROPERTY LEFT OVERNIGHT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF VENDOR. OUTDOOR SPACES MUST MAINTAIN A 4' PATHWAY FOR WALKING THRU. NO REFUNDS. I UNDERSTAND SPACE LOCATIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED BY DHP FOR THE EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THE FINAL LOCATION WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED/RESERVED UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 1-WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. BY REQUESTING SPACE I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ACCOMPANYING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR  SPACES ARE RESERVED WITHOUT PRIORITY.
