This yoga class is a gentle 60-minute flow designed to draw awareness to the heart chakra. Ideally, by drawing attention there, this practice will allow you to become aware of the energy that flows through this space so that you can connect with your heart chakra. Let's flow together while we bring our attention to our heart center, think of someone we love deeply, focus on them and send all of our loving-kindness to this person.
