Meals:
The Clients agree to provide a meal for the Auntie EL's Photographers, Videographer and assistant. Auntie EL's request from the Clients that Auntie EL's be seated in the same room as the guest to be able to capture the moments during dinner. Auntie EL's also request to be served after the parents and grandparents, that way the photographer and videographer will be ready when the Clients are ready to mingle or start the festivities.

Travel: 75 mile range from Auntie EL's Studio in Canastota NY is included. Over 75 miles from Auntie EL's Studio in Canastota travel expenses will be charged to the client.

Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Clients and Auntie EL's. Exception: Some details may be coordinated by mutual agreement via email. All acknowledged and agreed email communications are attached to this contract.

Confirmation: A signed "Contract for Wedding Photography and Video Services" and payment of the retainer are necessary to confirm the stated wedding services from Auntie EL's.

Pre-Wedding Consultation: After the retainer is paid and the contract is signed, the client will contract Auntie EL's to schedule a meeting or engagement sessions at which time they will outline broadly what is required the Clients are welcome to pop in for an additional chat closer to the time of the wedding (about 2 weeks) to iron out the remaining details. In any case Auntie ELs will contact you by phone a few days before the wedding to ensure that there have been no last minute changes.

Cooperation: The Clients and Auntie EL's consent to happily cooperate and communicate with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. It is recommended that Auntie EL's be provided with a helper (usually the best man) who will point out key individuals. Auntie EL's may also require assistance with the organization of family groups to be photographed. The Clients also agree to give the Auntie EL's sufficient warning of key events at the wedding to give the photographer and videographer time to prepare e.g. bouquet throwing, the cutting of the cake, speeches etc. Please note that not all guests at weddings like having their photo taken. In such cases Auntie EL's will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of photos of these people.

The Schedule: Our shooting schedule, style of working and experience are designed to achieve a great set of wedding photos and video for the Clients, accomplished with good humor and enjoyed by all concerned. Both the Clients and Auntie EL's therefore agree that punctuality and cheerful cooperation are essential to producing outstanding photographic and video results. In cases where the wedding does not run on time (for example, extreme lateness by on of the Clients arriving) we cannot guarantee to take our normal set of photos and video.

Paparazzi Wedding Guests: Think about having an unplugged wedding. An unplugged wedding is where guests refrain from using their electronic devices and can concentrate on being in the moment instead of on their devices. All your guests will have digital cameras and all your guests will want to photograph the Clients. In the spirit of cheerful cooperation the Clients agree to give the Photographers precedence over the guests in order to take the photographs required for the wedding services described above. We cannot be held liable for a lack of wedding photos if guests taking their own photos of the Clients continually interrupt the Photographer's work. It is requested that during the time of the Wedding Party portraits that guests not be present or otherwise be restricted from taking photos. This will ensure that everyone in the photographs are looking at the camera and not being called in different direction. This will also help keep the schedule on time.

House Rules: Note Auntie EL's are sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers insist that no flash photography is allowed, and other will insist that the photographers or videographers shoot from a specific location. In such circumstances the Clients agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used. We advise the Clients to make themselves aware fo the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned.

Copyright Law: The copyright of photographs and video are shared ownership between Auntie EL's and the Clients. Auntie EL's believe that we are not just releasing our copyright, but we are BOTH owners of the copyright. The Clients are free to use as they see fit for printing and sharing.

Privacy: Auntie EL's provide online viewing of your wedding images through their website and sneak preview on social media. It is the Clients responsibility to inform Auntie EL's if they do not want the images on the website password protected. It is also the Clients responsibility to inform Auntie EL's if they would not want their images share online.

Model Release: The Clients grant the Auntie EL's and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs and video of the Clients of editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release Auntie EL's and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims with the images.

Limit Liability: If Auntie EL's photographer or videographers is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above Auntie EL's will try to book a replacement wedding Photographer and or Videographer. If a replacement Photographer or Videographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of payment received for that part of the service. Auntie EL's have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that the images may be lost stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the services or part thereof according to the percentages of images supplied.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be given in writing.
Retainer is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to Auntie EL's
Cancellation in full or in part prior to 12 weeks before the wedding will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
Cancellation in full or in part from 4 to 12 weeks until the wedding will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations fee in full or in part less than 4 weeks are not refunded.
Cancellations fee maybe refunded if the wedding date is rebooked.

We have understood the contents of this contract and agree to the terms therein.

Additional notes and agreements:

The contract includes engagement or bridal shoot, full day coverage not to exceed 10 hours per times listed above and an average of 350 - 800 edited digital images or more depending on the size of the Clients wedding.
Images will be delivered online or by flash drive for photographs and by Blu-ray, flash drive or online for video with copyright print release.
