ADS Summer Camp 2024 - Individual Weeks 
This form is for families who have completed 1st grade through 3rd grade, who intend to sign up for individual weeks of summer camp, which include the dates below.  Summer camp weeks will be themed-based. Summer camp tuition is non-refundable. More information is found on our website: https://www.ascensiondallas.org/ads-summer-camp  

Camps are $175 per week. 

June 3-6  
June 10-13 
June 17-20 

July 8-11 
July 15-18 
July 22-25 
July 29-Aug 1 (Ms. Pearson) WAITLIST 

Camps are Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Parents will need to provide an individual snack, water bottle and lunch.

Please note that we do offer preschool camps, but our toddlers, 2s and 3s camps are currently FULL for all summer. You may continue to fill out this form to be placed on our waitlist.

The ADMIN team will reach out via the email you provide below to confirm your child's spot within a week of registration. Payment is due in full to confirm your child's spot within one week of the admin's confirmation. Summer camp tuition is nonrefundable.
