Hello,
Welcome to the registration form for the 17th installment of Birmabright Weekend. The event will take place on the first June weekend, from Friday, 31st May 2024, till Sunday, 2nd June 2024.
There is a limit of about 40 vehicles give or take 2 or 3 due to the capacity of the campsite as well as Saturday's greenlaning trip, so we need to set this up again to work out how many of you are interested.
Due to the expected size of the event and the rising cost of accommodation, there is a
non-refundable registration fee of CZK 1500/vehicle (EUR 61/vehicle) applicable, payable by 31st March 2024. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after this date and freed spaces will be offered to other interested crews. The funds will be used to pay for the campsite rental fees, t-shirts, and possibly other event souvenirs, depending on the number of participants.
We will be making event t-shirts again this year. One t-shirt is part of your registration fee, extra adult ones are CZK 500/EUR 21 (kids' t-shirts on request - please insert a comment at the end of the registration form).
EDIT: After the deadline of 31st March 2024, we cannot guarantee the latecomers will get a t-shirt as the orders for merchandise are already sent out.Please take a few minutes to complete our registration form - your information is important for us when organizing the event and helps us prepare everything needed. A completed registration form and paid registration fee gives you access to this event - we will try and make it worthwhile again this year.
