Please read the information below, then proceed to the rest of the form to register your 5th grade student for band at CLES:

For students continuing the same instrument from last year (highly encouraged!):

If your student is continuing their instrument from last year (highly encouraged!), please complete the form as soon as possible, as our first rehearsal with instruments will occur on Thursday, September 7.
Mr. Henley will send you important band program information as your registrations come in. This information will include required concert dates, instrument rental/purchasing information, supply list, grading policy, Canvas expectations, and lesson/rehearsal scheduling information.

For students joining band for the first time or switching instruments:

The priority registration deadline for band is Wednesday, September 13.
Those that register by 9/13 will receive their final instrument selection from Mr. Henley by 9/14 in order to begin lessons the week of 9/18 with instruments and required supplies.
Information you will receive along with the final instrument choice will include required concert dates, instrument rental/purchasing information, supply list, grading policy, Canvas expectations, and lesson/rehearsal scheduling information.
Registration will remain open through Friday, September 15. Those that register on 9/14 or 9/15 will receive final instrument selections and other information on Sunday, September 17.
Please do not purchase or rent an instrument until Mr. Henley has communicated your final instrument choice and other important information about band.
