All current SMCDSB and NON-SMCDSB students in grade 6 to grade 12 may register using this form.

All students in this program must email a letter signed by their current school Principal to give them permission to enroll in this program.  The letter is attached to the last page of this form.  Please have it signed and emailed to:  summerschool@smcdsb.on.ca

The program that runs from July 1 to July 12, 2024, with Face-to-Face sessions on July 2 to July 12, 2024
