This form is separate from your hotel reservations. Even those not staying at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee must complete this form.

To reserve your hotel room, visit https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/MKERM/G-ICSM. Once you have reserved a hotel room, return to this page to complete conference registration. Completion of the registration form assures you will have a badge at the conference and receive a conference mailing.

Note: PLEASE be sure to book your hotel room through the ICSOM/hotel link because third party bookings such as Booking.com or Hotels.com will not count toward our block. Failure to meet our block commitment could lead to additional charges to ICSOM.

Hotel reservations at the group rate are available until July 23, 2023.

Please register for the conference on this page by July 23rd at 6:00 pm EDT to assure receipt of the final pre-conference mailing during the first week of August.
