Science Safety Contract for 2023-2024

Parents, Guardians, and Students,

This form will serve as the digital copy of the signed student and parent safety contract for science classes for 2023-2024. This contract will cover students as they participate in classroom labs or virtual learning where students may be asked to complete small, safe demonstrations or design challenges using commonplace items to visually demonstrate ideas and concepts.
