animal or showmanship entry. The form will
accept entries for market hogs and gilts. Please note the limits per exhibitor: market hogs (3 max per exhibitor) and gilts (5 max per exhibitor).

will first submit an Exhibitor Information Form (separate form)
(2) Then
you will need to use the form below to do an individual entry for each swine
animal you plan to exhibit and an entry for showmanship. Please do not
combine your showmanship entry with an animal entry.
