Please use one form for each submission, form can be submitted up to 365 days in advance. Sessions are booked 7 days a week on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to schedule your preferred day/time. Preference will be given to subject matter and material that aligns with our store and community needs. We will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your application. (Not all proposals will be accepted).
Once confirmed we will add your event to our booking site, and you will receive a notification with contact info when each student registers. Instructors are independent contractors and are responsible for collecting student/attendee payments directly, as well as reporting and paying tax on any income. (We highly recommend you request pre-payment via paypal or square). Instructor agrees to remit 25% of class fee per attendee registered to the store at the end of class (via cash or check). If your event is free to our community, there is also no cost to you.
If you will be creating a fb invite for your event please add Crescent Moon Gifts as a co-host. If you need we will be happy to create that event for you, just let us know. (This will populate your event to our 13,500+ page followers). If you have flyers, signage, or a special post please send that directly to
