The Indian Creek Nature Center Board of Directors invites you to join us live and in person for our 2023 Annual Dinner and Meeting. The meeting and dinner will be at the pavilion at ICNC. We will have a short members meeting to vote on a by-law change, elect new Board members, convey information, and celebrate Board members who have reached their term limit. Learn what has been going on at the Nature Center, visit with friends and fellow members, and enjoy local food!

Big Spoon will be catering this event and will need to know by June 2 what your preference will be for the main item (vegan/vegetarian/meat and lactose free/gluten free-friendly options are available), side, and dessert. Please let us know if you have food allergies/dietary restrictions. Each person will have to fill out this Google Form, if you are family you will fill out forms for each member, but payment will be only once. Cost will be $35 dollars per person. Please bring your own beverage.

The guest speaker, Dr. Jess Rogers, Environmental Studies Professor at SUNY Potsdam, will talk about her purple loosestrife research. Since 2017, Dr. Rogers has been conducting research with students and collaborators mapping purple loosestrife infestations along our North Country roads. In the last few years she has been raising and releasing tiny beetles to combat this invasive in our local wetlands. The program will begin at 7:00pm.
