Thank you so much for your sponsorship interest for the 15th John P. Hine, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament! It will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the Clinton Country Club.

The Library raises almost a third of the cost of its annual operating expense through year-round fundraisers such this, our largest event. Donations from local businesses are the main source of funds raised, either as sponsors or by providing services or items for the raffle held at the tournament. It would be our pleasure to add you to the 2022 list of supporters!

The Killingworth Library is a non-profit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible. Please fill out the form below, where you will also find the different levels of sponsorship available.

Sponsorship advertisements will be open through May 10th.

Below please find the different levels of sponsorship, along with the promotional benefit for you and/or your business. You may submit payment via PayPal once you have submitted this form.

Bronze Contribution ($100) -- 1/4 Page ad, sign at a tee

Silver Contribution ($250) -- 1/2 page ad, sign at two tees

Gold Contribution ($500) -- Full page ad, two tee signs, lone sponsor of the tee with a particular contest (i.e. longest drive, closest to the pin)

Platinum Contribution ($1,000) -- 2 page spread, signs throughout the course including sponsor sign for breakfast, beverage or carts.

Friend of the Library (Raffle Item or GC) -- Included in Friends list in booklet, with item displayed on the Raffle table and on the winner list at each table.
