It's a jungle out there!  There's adventure around every bend at The Great Jungle Journey, where kids are equipped to answer questions about who God is and what His Word teaches about salvation.  Excitement galore awaits as you learn how to reconnect the Bible to real life through the Seven C's of history.  Children will be encouraged to seek their Creator and Savior!

Just a reminder kids need to be 4 years of age to attend.

Medical Release: As a parent/guardian, I give my permission for the above minor to attend Mt. Tabor Vacation Bible School activities from July 8th through July 12th, 2024. I authorize treatment under the direction of any licensed physician for the above minor in the event of a medical emergency which in the opinion of the attending physician my endanger his or her life, cause disfigurement, physical impairment or undue discomfort if delayed. This authority is granted after reasonable effort has been made to reach me by phone. I will not hold the church, or their staff, administration, or workers, liable for any injury to or loss of possessions by the above minor during any activity either on the church property or away. *
Mediation/Arbitration: I further expressly agree to resolve any claims or complaints arising out of this agreement or the minor child’s participation in the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church through mandatory mediation and, if necessary binding arbitration with the Institute for Christian Conciliation (ICC), associated with Peacemaker Ministries. If any claim or complaint cannot be resolved through mediation with ICC, I expressly waive any right to sue Mt. Tabor Baptist Church that their directors, employees, or agents and consent to be bound by any matter decided by arbitration with the ICC. I further agree that I may assist in selecting an ICC approved mediator or arbitrator. All cost for mediating or arbitrating with the ICC will be shared equally by the parties. *
