Hult Prize GBA Innovation Challenge 2019  - Team Application

Hult Prize GBA Innovation Challenge 2019 is a 3-day social innovation hackathon co-organized by Hult Prize Greater China and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). This year, under the theme of "Hack for Inclusion", we welcome university students (UG/PG) from the Greater Bay Area to gather and work on new social innovation ideas through various design thinking workshops, mentoring sessions and fireside chats held by renowned trainers and professionals in the field across Greater Bay Area.

Date: 24-26 May
Location: The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen)
Theme: Social Inclusion (Intergenerational Harmony, Economic Empowerment, Barrier-free Accessibility)
Fee: Free of Charge (HK$100 deposit will be collected later and refunded at the end of the Challenge)

What's included: 2-night accommodation, all meals (except breakfast), T-shirt
Prize: (Champion) RMB 10,000 , (1st runner-up) RMB 5,000, (2nd runner-up) RMB 3,000

General Reminders:
1. Application results will be released on 4 May.
2. Teams selected will have to hand in a refundable deposit (HK$100 PER member) by 5 May. Should your team fail to do so, you will be disqualified from the Challenge. (Further notice regarding deposit payment will be given on 3 May)
3. Successful applicants who wish to withdraw from the Challenge on or before 15 May will be refunded.
4. Results for waiting-list applications will be released on 6 May.
5. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed by 10 May.

About Team Formation:
If your team size is less than 5, you will have the opportunity to invite other individual participants to grow your team
