It was originally constructed by A.T. Beck and J.S. Beck (1995) but has now been digitalized. This version is NOT meant for commercial use but it can help psychologists and psychiatrists in their work to diagnose personality disorders. Clients who complete this questionnaire automatically receive on their email adress an anonymized copy of their report. They can decide to send this PDF-report to their own therapist.

This web-service is for FREE because:
1. It is much more client friendly: easier to fill in on your mobile phone, computer or tablet than with the paper version. Scoring this questionnaire is very reliable and done in an instant.
2. Personality disorders hinder very much mental health treatments. More and quicker diagnosis of personality disorders would probably improve mental health treatments.
3. More research is needed to improve this personality questionnaire and to use it in personality research and treatment. Therefore, this service hopefully collects a lot of data.
4. Filling out this questionnaire means that you automatically agree to store your email address temporarily. It will only be used to send you the report. Please also read the statements about your privacy.
