We are moving into the second stage of gathering information for our re-opening plan.  Please take a moment and complete the brief survey below.  This information will be extremely helpful as we form our action plan.  Currently, our plan is to open the Bay Mills site only.  First and foremost, in every aspect of our planning will be the safety of our members, their families, our staff, and our community.  Please join us Wednesday, June 3rd at 5pm for a Town Hall, where we will share information from the discussions that have taken place so far.  If you have any resources and information you would like to share with our leadership team, please email sawalden@baymills.org.
