Please fill out the following information to register your child for the 2024-2025 school year.  After submitting this online form, you will need to pay a non-refundable $100 application fee (one per child).  You may do this online from our website or via check mailed to:

Once your registration form and fee(s) are received, someone from admissions will be in touch to complete the application process.  For first-time registrants, we will schedule an admissions interview.
