(This form is not to be used for DAYCARE Requests.)

The District follows criteria set by the state School Code (67 PA code 447.1 and 67 PA code 104.3) in establishing bus stops for all of our students.  We supplement that with guidelines established by our school board, taking into account various factors such as the age of children, those with special needs and the traffic patterns of the roadways.  
 
Bus stop assignments cannot be customized to meet every individual need and still be part of an efficient and economical transportation system. The District cannot consider factors directly associated with individual family or parental situations. Such concerns are expected to be resolved by the family, parent, or guardian, not the School District.  

**School Bus Drivers are not permitted to change bus stop locations.**

Thank you for submitting your request for bus stop change.  The Transportation Supervisor will review this request, then a member of the transportation team will notify you of the determination.  Expect up to 2 weeks before you are notified of a determination.
