Are you interested in observing or participating in an Oregon State Police administered DUII wet lab if it is after hours at the conference? A wet lab is essentially a training exercise for law enforcement officers and the judges. The purpose of the wet lab is to have several volunteer judges consume alcohol under supervision and then have officers administer the breath tests. Participants then share their observations regarding whether they feel comfortable to drive. Most participants are surprised how intoxicated they feel even at a .04 BAC.
