The purpose of the PFC is to partner with the the Kolb staff in providing a quality education for all Kolb Elementary students. The PFC Board is comprised of 9 parents/community members and the Kolb Principal. All board positions are open to the nomination process each year.

The following is a brief description of the board positions. A complete list of duties is available in our PFC bylaws at https://www.kolbpfc.org/about

Co-President (2 Positions): The chief executive officer of the organization; supervise the business and affairs of the PFC subject to the direction of the board.

Co-Vice Presidents (2 Positions): Assist the President as needed; oversee all fundraising activities/events.

Secretary: Maintain and distribute minutes of all board and general meetings; assist with the preparation of the meeting agendas.
 
Co-Treasurers (2 Positions): Maintain financial records; prepare and monitor budget; process deposits and payments.  

Director of Volunteers & Room Parent Coordinator: Maintain a list of all volunteers; serve as a liaison for the room parents; contact volunteers as needed for various events/school support.

Director of Communications and Technology: Coordinate, write, and disseminate information for the PFC Kolb community; work closely with the school school office; maintain and update the PFC webpage.

Spirit Wear Director: Work with PFC to develop a budget; maintain inventory; market and distribute clothing.

All submissions are due by Thursday, March 12th 2020. All nominees are invited to attend March’s PFC meeting scheduled for March 12th from 6:00-7:00
