Golden Retriever Puppy Application
Thank you for your interest in our puppies! In an effort to ensure that our babies go to the best homes possible, we ask that you be as open and honest as possible on the application and add as much information as possible. Once received, we will review your application and notify you if approved. If approved, we will contact you via email when we have healthy puppies born. Please also keep an eye on our social medias and website. We will take a $500 deposit to hold your puppy after 2-3 weeks. We will not accept deposits before that time. Thank you for understanding. I will spay/neuter my puppy within the timeframe allotted on the contract.  We do not sell dogs with breeding rights. I will provide documentation from my veterinarian of the procedure. *
If your application is approved, you will be placed on a waitlist for all upcoming puppies from any litter. When we have healthy puppies at 2-4 weeks old, we will email the people on the waitlist. *There is no order to the waitlist. Everyone will get an email at the same time. We will take first come first serve for puppies.* You can choose to pass or send a deposit for a particular puppy at that time. Please note that we cannot accept a deposit before we notify you. Just let us know at any time if you would like to be removed from the waitlist. Thank you! *
