The workshop is led in English.
Prerequisites for this workshop are 20 hours of Waves with accredited 5Rhythms teachers.

Due to the insecure situation, we ask you NOT TO PAY TO OUR ACCOUNT YET!
If the workshop cannot take place, it is an enormous work to transfer all payments back!

Your online registration is binding and you need to agree on our policy.
We trust you by having this mutual agreement, that in case of your cancellation you will transfer 70€ cancellation fee.

There is NO cancellation fee for you to pay
- if the workshop cannot take place because of governmental restrictions in Austria or in particular in Leibnitz/Styria
- if there is a lockdown in your residential country

You NEED TO PAY cancellation fees
- if there are any last minute travel issues
- if you got a positive corona test - same like if you were sick with any other illness
- in case of any other reasons

If your workshop place can be replaced by someone else (through you), only 35€ registration fee is needed to pay.

Cancellations are possible until 25th of December 2021.
For cancellations after that date, the full workshop price needs to be paid.
(including non-appearance or short-term participation)


IN CASE WE NEED TO CANCEL THE WORKSHOP and you already paid, you will get the full refund.
IN CASE WE NEED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS the rule is:  Priority to those who stay at Jufa and first come, first serve!
Only the first ones who booked at Jufa have the place secured, all others will be informed, that an attendance is not possible. The dancers who already paid will get the full refund. Please be aware of the other hotel's cancellation policies!


YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN ACCOUNT OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS CAN BE DONE!

We hope that TRIBAL DANCE can take place as usual! Most likely you will need to have a confirmation about a vaccination, recovery or a negative (pcr)test result! AT THE MOMENT IT COULD ONLY TAKE PLACE FOR VACCINATED AN RECOVERED PERSONS. We will keep you updated with the actual restrictions!

This is a statement on mutual agreement that you will pay a cancellation fee of € 70,- if you cancel your registration FOR WHATEVER REASON. This amount splits into € 35,- registration fee and € 35,- for having secured your place.
