Please complete this online form to sign up for transportation for the 2022-2023 school year.

Bus service will begin on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

Bus Fee:
- $1,600 Round-trip
- $1,350 One Way

Refunds will be issued if requested by September 16, 2022; otherwise, the transportation fee is non-refundable.

UPDATE:

As of August 26, 2022, all routes have waiting lists.

We encourage families to register even if it means they are on a waiting list. The Transportation team will notify families of available seats as soon as possible. You will only be billed when a seat has been confirmed.

By submitting this form, I agree to be billed through FACTS for the cost of the transportation for which I have indicated above and agree to the payment terms outlined. In the event a bus or shuttle route is cancelled prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year due to low participation, I understand I am not responsible for payment. In addition, I understand that in signing this agreement, I accept the rules and regulations, including uniform standards, as stated in the respective school’s Student/Parent Handbook are enforceable while students are on a bus. *
