This is the form you will fill out to order your dancewear for classes.

Twinkle Classes (ages 3-6) Starter Packages include: for girls: 1 dance dress (leotard with attached skirt) in your color choice, tights, Ballet, and Tap shoes in student's size. For Boys: 1 fitted top and dance pants with ballet and tap shoes.
Cost: $65

All other Starter Packages include: 1 practice outfit (leotard and shorts/capris/leggings) in your color choice, tights, and shoes for class in student's size.
Cost: $65
