South Coast Businesses -  Workforce Needs
Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in schools provide students the opportunity for hands - on learning for career readiness. Programs such as construction, business, computers, manufacturing, healthcare and culinary/hospitality are all examples of CTE programs in high schools and community colleges that bring industry into the classroom.

As part of a new federal grant funding initiative (Perkins V) for these programs, it is important to gather feedback from industry partners that will focus on the workforce needs of our local communities and the region throughout the South Coast, and to learn how CTE programs within high schools and community colleges meet those needs in the industry. Please take a moment to answer the following questions that will help us to better focus on strengthening CTE programs in schools to meet your needs!

The information from this survey will be provided to Oregon Department of Education and local school districts in an effort to prioritize programs to better meet the needs of the labor market throughout the South Coast.
