MRCS Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences
Dear Parent/Guardians,
In regards to spring conferences, we would like to try something new in grades K-6. Spring conferences have traditionally had low turnout. Also, this year’s Response to Intervention and Instruction (RTIi) State Conference falls on the same dates our original district calendar had reserved for conferences.

We have seen a lot of growth and success with our student reading and math achievement due in large part to our school-wide RTIi system. We would like to send our elementary certified staff to this conference as a whole; this is a wonderful opportunity for professional development.  We are invested in the future of our students and believe that this will benefit our elementary student body as soon as this school year and for years to come.  In order to ensure families and teachers can communicate about student performance, we are asking for you to select from the options below to let us know your preference of how to connect with your student’s teacher.

We sincerely want to communicate with you in a way that is the most meaningful and appreciate your willingness in trying something new this spring!

You will receive confirmation of your conference method/appointment shortly after March 30, 2020.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call me in the Elementary Office 541-822-3315.

Sincerely,

Lane Tompkins
Superintendent/Principal
