Please fill out this form to request equipment for your event. Please give us at least 5 days prior notice to your event to arrange an equipment loan. Equipment can be borrowed for up to two weeks at a time and is distributed on a first come, first served basis. You may renew your reservation if equipment is needed for a longer period. You will receive a follow-up email from Frist Venue Services staff within 3 business days of submission to confirm items and arrange for your pickup at the Frist Campus Center Welcome Desk.
