This is a youth-led community designed for young people ages 14-27 with lived experience, meaning you are somewhere on a journey of mental health and/or recovery.

> You are interested in a career in marketing and/or the mental health workforce
Our Squad is both a coaching and community space for you to gain more clarity, insight, and ease on your mental health journey, while giving you a platform to share your insights with thousands of followers along the way.
SQUAD EXPECTATIONS:
- We meet monthly to learn, discover, recharge, and create meaningful content on the topic of resilience.
- Each Squad member is asked to produce one piece of content per month for our social media campaign, preferably a Reel or Video.
