Founded in 2007, Madrone Trail Public Charter School offers a high-quality, Waldorf-inspired curriculum for grades K-8 that addresses the needs of the whole child. Our dedicated and hard-working faculty creates a learning environment that focuses on academic excellence, artistic expression, attention to the inner emotional life of each child, social development and responsibility, and physical wellness – at no cost to families. As a public charter school, 20% of our state funding currently goes to the Medford School District, leaving us with 80% of what traditional public schools receive. Fundraising is, therefore, a crucial component in allowing us to offer this educational option and holistic learning environment to so many children. We depend on the generous support of businesses like yours to supplement our funding.

As our largest fundraiser, this incredible event is the highlight of the year for our parents and faculty. After a two-year hiatus during the pandemic, we strive for the return of our live auction to be bigger and raise more money than ever! Proceeds from the auction will be used to help pay the school’s mortgage and fund critical maintenance projects, site development, and the unique programs we offer.

Taking place on February 25, 2023 at the Historic Ashland Armory, we expect our “Carnival” themed event with a Brazilian and Caribbean flair to attract 300 attendees and receive 10,000+ overall marketing impressions (print and online media as well as press coverage).
