Practical Sword sign up form
This form is for students attending any Practical Sword class or training including "Fight Like a Viking" classes or "Ruthless Rabbit" HMB Soft Classes.

Acknowledgement by student and or parent or guardian.

As a student or a parent / guardian of student at Practical Sword we need you to acknowledge the following:

- Fight training involves physical contact with simulated weapons.
- Despite use of equipment designed to limit risk, risk of injury still exists
- Training focuses on historical combat from the medieval period
- Please ensure you or your child reads, understands and adheres to our safety standards (see link below)
- We encourage students to wear protective equipment above and beyond the minimum standard required of them.
