This is the registration form for students for the 2022-2023 school year at AMASE Silicon Valley. It includes a questionnaire, waiver and additional forms.  It is a thorough form with many questions to best ensure that we provide your child with the best experience at AMASE. Please fill out this form when you are able to sit down and spend a good amount of time filling it out.

AMASE 2022-2023 will be held in-person and online classes. We will share the details once available.
