2020-2021 Kindergarten Pre-Registration

This form is intended to give Guntersville Elementary an idea of how many students to expect in Kindergarten next fall. If you have a child who will be 5 on or before September 1, 2020, they qualify for attendance in Kindergarten. We intend to have a formal registration Thursday, June 25, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. At the formal registration all paperwork will be filled out, required documents collected, address verified and we will meet with your student to get an idea of what classroom will best meet their needs.

**Please note: Completion of this form is intended to help GES plan for the fall and it DOES NOT serve as your official registration or as acceptance into Guntersville City Schools. That process will take place later in the summer.
