2023 Holiday Market - Vendor Application
Event Timing: December 11th, 2023, 5 - 8 p.m.
Event Location: Downtown Muskogee - Broadway Green Space 313 W Broadway St, Muskogee, OK 74401

  • Vendors should arrive at 3:00 p.m. on December 11th to be set up by 4:30 p.m.
  • Vendors must provide their own, chairs, tables, coverings, etc. for the event
  • The event starts at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m., please refrain from moving or leaving the event until 8:00 p.m.

  • Each Vendor is responsible for charging, collecting and properly remitting all applicable Oklahoma state and city sales taxes.

  • Display units should be designed for outdoor use and be capable of withstanding the elements and crowds and must be contained in the 10’x10’ area provided.
  • Each vendor is expected to provide their own display unit and fixtures.
  • Generators are not permitted, unless otherwise approved by Main Street Muskogee. 
  • No Electricity will be available, please bring lights with battery powered items.
  • No Fee to set up at the Holiday Market, this excluded food vendors.
  • Vendors must submit applications by, December 8th, 2023

Upon participating or submitting an application, I hereby enter into this agreement at my own risk. Being of lawful age, I agree that in case of any loss or damage to my property or the property which I enter in this downtown event or day’s activities that I will make no claim and hold harmless Main Street Muskogee, the Downtown Muskogee Christmas Parade Holiday Market workers and volunteers and the City of Muskogee. I will not hold the afore-stated parties responsible for any personal injuries or property damages arising from any accident had by myself or any member of my organization. I agree to my participation entry being photographed with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.  Further, I understand and agree that this entry is subject to all directions, rules, and regulations of the Downtown Muskogee Christmas Parade Holiday Market.
