Fill in this short form below to tell us who you would like to refer to join the Opinion Hub mailing list and get notified whenever we have a new market research project.

Refer your first 5 eligible and qualifying referrals who sign up and you will receive a £10 Amazon voucher!
After that you will receive another £10 voucher when you reach 10 qualifying referrals and if you reach 50 qualifying referrals between January 1st to December 31st in a single year you will receive a £40 Amazon voucher! 

You can refer as many friends as you like! Just submit as many forms as you need to or forward them the I've been referred link and they can sign up themselves! You can refer 5 friends on each form! Please make sure you check with anyone you refer that they are happy for you to do so and to look out for a phone call (email if you have not provided a phone number for them) from us! Please check that the people you refer have not already signed up to Opinion Hub as they will not count as a qualifying referral if they have.
