Dragons ELITE SPRING registration - Class Descriptions (Starting week of April 7th to week of June 17th)
  1. Parent and Tot: children up to 2 years old; parents attend with their child, learning basic skills, and participating in fun challenges and activities
  2. Kindergym: ages 3 to 5; coach-led class teaching gymnastics fundamentals
  3. Recreational Gymnastics: ages 6 and up; teaching all gymnastics skills through a badge/level system.
  4. Advanced Recreational Gymnastics: for those who have previously been in recreational gymnastics classes and have acquired the basic skills
  5. ELITE Squad: ages 4 and up, developing skills in strength, agility, balance and endurance through obstacle course type activities/equipment
  6. Jr. Cheerleading: ages 6 to 10, learning tumbling, stunting, and choreography
