This form is for the Sacred Creativity Retreat taking place from April 10th to April 22nd, 2025.

When working with sacred medicine and the creative process, the energy of the group has a huge impact on each journeyer's experience. People need to be safe and feel safe in order to make the most of their experience. With the right group, retreats can lead to deeply transformative experiences and lifelong friendships. This is why we keep this retreat small and spend extra time to form the group of journeyers. We would rather have an even smaller group with people who can "connect" together and bring each other up, rather than do a larger group.

We ask each journeyer to fill out an application form and meet with a member of our team before booking anything. The application process is a way for us to approach this holistically and get to know each other. Please take the time to answer as much as you can on this form, this will help a lot with the following discussions.

The information you provide is confidential and we are not collecting your email or other contact information in this form for privacy. In fact we will delete this information after the retreat has been completed.

We also organize group calls before the retreat so that people can start getting to know each other prior to the actual retreat.
