Each session will last sixty (90) minutes. Only enrolled children may attend the class. The doors open five (5) minutes before class starts. Children are to be picked up promptly at the end of class.  The monthly cost for the class is $85, with an annual registration fee of $20. These fees can by paid by cash, check, Venmo (@metamorphosistheatre), or purchase order. Ask about discounts for registering for multiple classes, multiple siblings, or returning students!


RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I desire to have my child voluntarily participate in the Metamorphosis Theatre Classes (hereinafter referred to as “activity”). I represent that I am knowledgeable of this activity and the risks of personal injury or property damage to my child and to others which may be associated with the activity. Notwithstanding these risks, I wish to assume them by having my child voluntarily participating in this activity. I understand and agree that Metamorphosis Theatre  accepts no responsibility for my child’s acts or the acts of others while participating in this activity. In consideration of Metamorphosis Theatre offering this opportunity and allowing my child to participate in this activity, the receipt and sufficiency of said consideration being hereby acknowledged, I hereby do release, relieve, discharge and hold harmless Metamorphosis Theatre, the business owner, property owner, & employees from any and all liability, whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with participation in this activity.
