This is a rain or shine market, except in cases of severe and dangerous weather. When the market is cancelled due to weather or any other dangerous conditions, vendors will be notified via email and/or text as soon as a decision has been made.
All vendors must be set up and open for business by 11 am. Vehicles will be allowed to enter the park. Prior to business only and
subject to prior approval.All vendors are responsible for their own tents, table chairs, etc.
All tents must be weighted.
Should you need electricity please notify me by May 1st.
The BID will have a guide onsite for
set-up assistance only.
