Pick books for me!                                                   Librarians choose, you checkout.
Complete this form, give us about 3-5 days, and our staff will pick 5 books for teens or young readers from our library's collection for you to check out. You will likely get a mix of older and newer books. Our librarians will work hard to find books that we think you'll like, based on what you tell us!

How it works:

1. Books will become "holds" on your library card when your request is ready. You may receive an automated notice by email, phone or text--whichever notification method you requested when you got your library card--when we submit the hold.
2. You will be notified and asked to schedule an appointment to pickup your books. Unless you can get to the library on your own, be sure the phone number you list below will reach someone who can drive you here to schedule the pickup time.
3. Please return any comments you have about your book selection when you return the books. We will read them, because your thoughts really do matter to us and we also like to read!
